  1. Compost Area OPEN!

    Compost permits are available through the City of St. Joseph. During this time of limited access, we offer that you mail the following information along with the corresponding permit fee to 75 Callaway St E, or deposit the same into the utility payment box on the College Avenue side of the Center. Name, mailing address, make/model and plate number of the vehicle to be used. Permits will be mailed to you upon receipt. Compost Area opens for the season May 1st with the following hours of operation: Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, 4 - 7 PM and Saturdays 8 AM - 12 noon.

    Join us for an evening of movie viewing under the stars. Seating will begin at 7:30 PM, followed by the movie at 8:30 PM. Bring your own chairs/blankets and settle in to watch the ever popular Frozen ll.

    Cast your vote today for the Presidential Nomination Primary. Voters residing west of College Avenue are in Precinct 1, and will vote at the Resurrection Lutheran Church located 610 County Road 2. Voters residing east of College Avenue are in Precinct 2, and will vote at the Government Center located at 75 Callaway Street East.
