Kickball for Adults: Wednesday, July 13, 6:30-8:30- Did you love kickball as a child at recess? This kickball program is designed just for adults. Register with your friends, meet new people and come enjoy a fun and active evening playing this classic playground game. Don't forget to stretch! Kennedy Community softball field. Fun Day in The Park: Saturday, July 23rd, 1-3:00PM, Northland Park – Come and enjoy some summer fun with Face Painting, Water Balloons, Reader’s Theater Presentation of three stories at 1:00, Bubbles, Bocce Ball, and other kids’ games.

Movie in The Park: Saturday, August 27th, 8:30PM – Millstream Park behind the shelter, will be the spot for the movie, Encanto. Bring your blankets or chairs and enjoy the outdoor movie.


July 13: 3 on 3 basketball continues at Centennial Park, Wednesdays throughout the summer, 7:00-8:30PM, 14 yrs and older, prizes for winners

Driver Improvement Refresher: If you have previously completed the eight-hour Driver Improvement Program, you can maintain your eligibility for the 10 percent insurance reduction by taking this refresher course. Gentle Yoga: Gentle Yoga is for beginners or those wanting a gentle yoga class. It incorporates a gentle flow that will warm up the body and includes, stretching, balancing, breath work, strength building, and concludes with relaxation. The class is suitable for all adults and modifications will be made as appropriate. Bring to class: yoga mat, blanket or yoga blocks. Volleyball: September 13, 15, 20, 22; 6-7:00PM - Kids in grades 3-5 can learn to play volleyball at Kennedy Community School. Learn to pass, set, hit, and serve. Sign up by September 9 at:

Whitney Senior Center
The City of St. Joseph partners with the Whitney Senior Center to provide activities for seniors. You must be a member to participate. An annual membership is $50. Be sure to ask about the reduced rate for the first 30 residents when purchasing the membership through the Whitney Senior Center by calling 320-255-7245 or visit their website https://www.ci.stcloud.mn.us/93/Whitney-Senior-Center. Current offerings in St. Joseph include:
Senior Yoga (Chair Yoga): Located at Heritage Hall on Wednesdays at 1:30 PM
Enhanced Fitness: Located at Heritage Hall on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 1:30 PM
Cribbage and 500: Located at Heritage Hall; 2nd & 4th Mondays of the month from 9:30 - 11AM
