The City Council will conduct a public hearing on February 7, 2013 at 7:30 PM to consider adopting a Street Light Utility Ordinance. The proposed Ordinance will authorize the City to implement a utility fee to maintain a city-wide street light system. All property owners in the City will be billed a proportionate share of the operation and maintenance of a city-wide street lighting system.
