No parking is allowed on city streets from November 1st - April 1st between the hours of 2AM - 7AM. Signs are posted at city entrances and throughout the city. 

Please keep this in mind when making plans for Halloween. On the evening of October 31st at midnight, it rolls into November 1st. All vehicles need to be removed from city streets by 2AM or risk being ticketed.
