  • All utility bills are mailed via U.S. Mail and it is not uncommon for a resident to not receive the monthly bill. If you do not receive your bill by the 20th of each odd-numbered month feel free to contact the city offices at (320) 363-7201 to receive a duplicate bill.

  • All residents are billed using the same billing cycle. Therefore, the billing cycle cannot be customized.

  • The city ordinance requires that all utility bills be sent directly to the property owner. It becomes the responsibility of the property owner to forward any bills to the tenants as the charges remain with the property.
