The City of St. Joseph has adopted and implemented ten performance measures, as developed by the Minnesota Council on Local Results and Innovation, and a system to use the survey results to help plan, budget, manage and evaluate programs and processes to meet City goals and priorities. The City conducts an annual Performance Measures survey and reports the results to the Minnesota Office of the State Auditor. Citizens are asked to participate in the survey and provide feedback that is considered by the City Council in planning and goal setting initiatives.
